The 23rd International Animated Film Workshop was held from 19th June to 26th June with the participation of twenty children from Banja Luka (Republic of Serbia) and Croatia .
In a very nice working atmosphere, children lead by young directors of animated films Natalia Chernysheva (Russia) and Aline Quertain (Belgium), realized two short animated films which were shown at public screening on the last day of workshop.
Natalia used “traditional”, drawing on paper animation for her group, and with her help kids made a three-minute long film “Secret of Galaxy”, while Aline’s group used cut-out animation and created two-minute long film “Party Animals”.
As it is every year, all participants spent one relaxing day at picnic, visiting old mill on the river Mura and enjoying the St. Martin spa resort.
